1. About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Zaina Barlas, trading as Zay&Co, a sole trader whose address is 292 London Road, Croydon, CR0 2TG ("we", "us"), to the client named in the order or onboarding form ("you"). By booking a service you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide remote guest messaging and administrative support as described on this website and agreed with you in writing. We act on your instructions and the house rules you give us. We do not provide legal, financial, tax or accountancy advice.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are those shown on this website or agreed in writing when you book.
- Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within 7 days.
- Admin hours not used in a month do not carry over.
- Extra admin hours are charged at the rate shown on the website, only with your approval.
- We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice.
4. Term and cancellation
The minimum term is one month. After that, either of us may end the service with 30 days' written notice by email. We may end the service straight away if fees are more than 14 days overdue or if you ask us to do anything unlawful or unsafe.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate property details, house rules and access information.
- Keep your listings, licences, insurance and safety certificates up to date.
- Remain responsible for your properties, your guests and decisions such as refunds and cancellations.
6. Working hours
We respond during the working hours of your plan, as shown on this website. Messages received outside those hours are picked up when the next working period starts. We do not provide overnight or emergency cover outside those hours.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information and your guests' details confidential. Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions and in line with UK data protection law. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our services. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information you give us, platform outages, or the actions of guests, tenants, cleaners or contractors. Our total liability in any month is limited to the fees you paid for that month. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We will email current clients about any important change at least 30 days before it applies.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
